May be oil-based makeup removers are just not for me... It takes much time and couple or more of cotton pads to wash out the makeup. And after using them i can’t see anything because of the layer of oil in my eyes)))) And then i can’t properly to wash out the oil from my eye-leads. Don’t like this feeling!
